As we begin the second half of the year, the Moore Social Ambition "Women in Leadership" strategy shows no signs of waning. In this spirit of progress, we are thrilled to introduce two exciting initiatives that warrant your attention.
Moore Leadhership1®
Moore Leadhership1® is a premier leadership development program designed specifically to train and support mid-level women at the point of the broken rung in their careers. Led by Dr. Susan Davis-Ali, founder of Leadhership1®, the curriculum includes ten dynamic and interactive online curriculum modules based on research, data, and best practices.
Cohort 1 officially kicked off in June with 27 women participating from Citrin Cooperman, Demers Beaulne, DMCL, Doeren Mayhew, Grassi, HCVT, MSPC, MSTiller, Segal GCSE, The Bonadio Group, Topel Forman, and Waldron Rand.

Breaking Barriers Podcast
Moore Global recently launched the "Breaking Barriers Podcast Series,” highlighting female leadership stories from across Moore by exploring their unique perspectives, challenges, and successes in leadership roles. Moore Global discussed, the “hope is that this will inspire people to have conversations about their own experiences and move the dial toward gender equity.”
First up in the series is an interview with Vivienne Muir, Global Chief Operating Officer and Director of Quality at Moore Global.
