The Moore Dynamic Growth Academy (DGA) program is designed for senior managers and new partners to build leadership skills while growing relationships with future leaders of Moore North America firms.
Transitioning from a great individual contributor to a leader can be one of the most significant and challenging career phases. The DGA's unique approach focuses on building character strengths that set the foundation for new leadership skills to flourish. The coaching team and curriculum take participants through a series of shifts that, over time, invoke the changes necessary to become better leaders. Headed up by executive coaches from the Center for Character-Based Leadership (CCBL) and supported by a cohort of Moore colleagues and peers, the program allows for an individualized journey of personal and professional growth.
