The Moore Dynamic Growth Academy (DGA) is a program for senior managers and new partners, designed to help participants build leadership skills. Additionally, it's a valuable opportunity to grow relationships among future leaders of Moore North America firms.
New Format – Same Benefits – Less Time Commitment Out of the Office
Starting with Cohort 6, the program delivery will consist of the following:
- Three 1.5 day on-site training sessions
- One 2 day virtual training session
- Three one-hour individual telephone coaching sessions
- Six peer group mentoring sessions
- Quarterly one-hour sessions with a mentor from your firm

The Center for Character-based Leadership provides coaching focused on the complexity of leading in the top two to three levels of organizations and the talent they are developing to step into that space. The curriculum comprises 4 units: High-integrity leadership, team presence, building trusted relationships, and delivering results that matter.

An orientation webinar will take place in September, and the first session will be held in-person in Houston, TX November 10-11, 2022.
