Effective January 1, 2016, the firm of Bergman, Schraier & Co., P.C. (BS&Co.) will merge into Brown Smith Wallace in Creve Coeur, Missouri. The professionals and support staff will be joining the Brown Smith Wallace audit, tax and small business services practices.
