My experience in the ASC 740 area includes preparing quarterly and year end income tax provision calculations, consulting on the preparation and documentation of annual income tax provision calculations, and working as a specialist on attest engagements. I also have a wide variety of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to a variety of clients, with a particular interest in serving foreign owned U.S. (or "inbound") companies.
