Bruce is the Managing Partner and CEO of the firm and previously was in charge of our Small Business Advisory Group, a member of the firm’s management committee. Bruce serves a variety of commercial clients. His experience includes tax and financial statement audits and special project consulting, including strategic planning, financing, merger and acquisitions, and business valuations, among other assignments.Bruce received his B.S. Degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.Bruce is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He is currently a board member of Golisano Children’s Foundation, McQuaid Investment Committee, and Rochester Lyric Opera. He is past President of the Small Business Council, and past Chairman of the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center at Strong. Bruce is also past President of Italian Heritage Foundation Charities, and Co-Founder and President of Nancy and Friends Fighting Cancer, Inc. Bruce’s experience as professional advisor to many small businesses, along with his community service, make him uniquely qualified to serve your company.
