Special Interest Groups (SIGs)

Purpose for Developing Special Interest Groups

Special Interest Groups (SIGs) were formed to serve the dynamic and growing needs of the MSNA membership and have been the mechanism of choice for exchanging best practices and creating a channel through which to seek engagement assistance and technical guidance for our member firms.

In order to help meet growth goals and to capitalize on emerging market opportunities, our SIGs focus on Industry, Service Line and Operational areas that prove to have critical mass for our members, however SIGs are also developed as a means for formally recognizing, advocating and supporting niche practice areas such as Forensics and Wealth Management as well.  In addition, some of the Operational SIGs help to guide member firms with respect to the hiring, training and educating of their employees along with Marketing and IT SIGs which have proven to be invaluable to many of our members in helping to grow their practices and keep abreast of the ever changing technology landscape that is so crucial to success in todays overall business climate.

In addition, Our Special Interest Groups also enhance the level of member participation and interest withoin the association, as well as strengthening the communication amoung and between the members of each firm as well.
