Transitioning from an individual contributor to a leader is one of the most significant and challenging of all career phases. The Dynamic Growth Academy's approach to leadership builds capacity from the inside out, goes beyond merely learning the skills required for leadership, focusing on the key character shifts required for real change and growth.
Guided by executive coaches from the
Center for Character-Based Leadership (CCBL), the program is customized to target each participant's identified "growing edge" territory, ensuring that the changes made offer the most significant payback. It examines four central leadership challenges, strengthening the competencies and character needed to master each one.
Participants benefit from a personal advisory board in the form of a peer coaching group, supporting their growth throughout the program. Additionally, progress is driven between sessions through readings, practices, mentoring, and one-on-one coaching with a CCBL coach.
